It is a very relaxing and friendly environment. The thermal pool and cold plunge are indoors but the building is spacious and doesn't feel claustrophobic. The cold plunge is one of the coldest I have ever been in. They state 56 degrees but I think it might be a bit cooler. Very refreshing. The guests and staff are very nice and cordial. I enjoyed the fire pit outside after soaking in the mineral bath and cold plunge to wrap up the evening. The dinners at the golf course restaurant were delicious and the drinks at the bar were superb. I did not partake of the golfing but they were holding a PGA club event there and I talked with several of the golfers that enjoyed the course. All in all, a very pleasant stay and well located for touring the Columbia River Gorge and surrounding mountains.

The individual Spa soak/wrapping treatment was unique experience. Really enjoyed it. Very casual environment.
Needed more than 4 hangers for two people on a 3 night stay. Needed hooks in the bathroom and/or shower to hang up wet bathing suits. Lots of stairs, some steep. Definitely request ADA if you have issues with stairs.

Beautiful scenery, friendly helpful staff. We had a hot tub room. Loved relaxing at night and an early soak in the morning. Was surprised how booked the hotel was it was sooo quiet. Especially with hot tubs on balconies.
Only thing I could be negative about is the chairs in the rooms are not comfortable.

The setting was beautiful. It was surrounded by trees in the forest.
I feel like there needs to be more signage. It was hard to navigate where things were. The building was very outdated and rundown looking. The rooms were clean, but just very outdated and dingy.
