Baker City Motel & RV

Kind of like a blast from the past with a carbon copy receipt and actualy metal key. Slept fine and was ready to head out the next day. There was a mini fridge, small microwave, and coffee maker (I think - don't drink coffee) in the room. We walked into the downtown area, which is very cute. Had breakfast at Sweet Wife Bakery - that was amazing! Train goes by right across the street, but that did not bother us at all.

Transparent. Very clean and cozy. Didn’t need WiFi

None

Location Hot showers Clean Outside sitting area

Small rooms Ice Machine not readily accessible as office was closed

The location is good , the facility itself is well cared for . There are details that need updating , the bed was in need of replacement . The television , was ok but did not function , I had to have the office come and get it to function, but maybe that was just me ? I got early , as I had a early morning motorcycle destination approx 45 miles from the hotel , upon my return , I found my room unlocked the bed torn down , an additional set of room keys on the microwave ? Thank goodness I had loaded up all my belongings prior to my AM ride . I went to the office and inquired about check out time . I was told it was at 11:00 . I then handed him my keys plus apparently the maids keys , and said well my bed is torn down and hers the extra set of keys ! I wasn’t given an apology , or an explanation , just a grunt and an ok . It was clean and functional , but a bit hillbilly !
