Cleanliness. Adaptability of staff.

Breakfast was a good perk. The location is very good. It is nice to have the plaza close by as well as the theme parks. Things were clean, our room was comfortable and we had what we needed in our room.
Paying for parking is an added expense and the parking lot isn't great. You had to search for a spot, and if you had luggage there was no where close to park. The bathroom door situation is awkward, who needs to "see" people in the bathroom? That is weird. Maybe put some solid, real doors on the bathrooms.

Location was good and price was nice.
Not dirty-dirty, but definitely would not say it’s clean. Fine for the low price, but kinda grimy.
