The cleanliness
The microwave had to be moved there were no sockets for them also the shower door was only half way water continued to get in the floor .

The staff immediately contacted a manager to assist with booking issues. But another problem occurred from the desk staff not reading identification cards and verifying with reservation. Total chaos but corrected over time.
The restaurant manager was very rude and didn’t honor the posted advertisement. He was rude to guests when questioned. Insisted the restaurant staff ignore posted advertisement.

The attendant was swamped with breakfast orders
He apologized for being overwhelmed
I just got a coffee and muffin and left
He was too busy to wait on me
Not his fault! He needs more help.

Good location and nice facility. Bar and food are great.
Among checking in and opening the door to the room the bed sat mad was dirty washcloth almost look like house keeping took a nap instead of cleaning it.
