Maren at the front desk was so friendly & kind. From the moment we walked in. We felt welcomed. She was helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. Places to go and etc.
the hotel location is perfect for walking to different events and venues downtown. Lots of restaurants, tourist attractions and the Tabernacle was amazing.
Parking is conveniently located h behind the property.
Cannot wait to stay here again.
No complaints whatsoever.

Close to the delta center
Bed was uncomfortable

Great location. Lots of space in the room. Bathroom shower is the best design ever!
In-room refrigerator did not work. Thermostat was impossible to program.

Room was very clean, and had a nice seating area, bed and pillows very comfortable
There is no breakfast in this hotel. The shower runs hot and cold - think the domestic hot water system can’t cope. There is a ‘bistro/coffee’ place but it was always closed. There was no hand/body lotion, only a small empty bottle.
