The bed was comfy and the pillows were excellent
No eggs for breakfast. The desk clerk wasn't knowledgeable about the area.

Great location
We had a slight mixup with the requested room but it was corrected quickly.

The location was great. Loved how close it was to Cedar Point. Staff at check in were friendly. My daughter liked the pool.
Room was not maintained well, hole in the shower curtain and toilet paper holder was falling off the wall- holes on wall where it had been before. Room not cleaned well. Breakfast was free but disappointing, only one pancake machine worked- the eggs were watery and rubbery, sausage overcooked. My kids got to hear the staff complaining about being short staffed and one even cursing when stocking the area. I understand that is frustrating but highly inappropriate in front of guests. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
