Location.
Wifi quality limited to above ground levels but not to basement level. Floors were dirty. Limited towels and washcloths. Could add continental breakfast. Need more than one pillow.

We were really scared from the reviews online but upon arrival they have made us looked into the room and see if we were happy. We had the grand suite which is the bigger room. Everything was fine in general.
The staff was very lovely and they were trying their best to be helpful hence the higher rating.
The area has great shops , takeouts and access to subways. Area can be sketchy.
The bedsheets could have been better for the duvet. Some didn’t feel clean.
The carpet was not vacuumed everywhere and could see a lot of dust. The shower handle didn’t work.
The housekeeping could be better at handling some things.
