Good
The unpleasant smell in the inside of the wardrobe.
The heating.

Good location. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping us supplied with fresh towels, coffee, cups and glasses, dumping the trash and making the bed every day.
Very little really. We wished for free hot coffee and hot water in the lobby, a microwave in our room and to have the breakfast a little fresher and warmer.

Room was spacious and clean
Elevator was out of service and slow had to take the stairs a lot.

Location; proximity to museum of the Bible. Clean and comfortable.
One Elevator was broken the whole time and wait times were long… and charging for coffee… it’s probably just me but I think water and coffee in the lobby should be free for guests…
