The rooms were larger than an average room. The sinks are outside of the toilet and shower. The hot tub actually WORKED! Staff was very friendly and quick check in. I want to add a kudos to the cleaning staff. They showed great integrity. My friend forgot her great grandmother, grandmother and anniversary rings on the night stand. She realized this after we returned home. She called the hotel and the staff did turn them in and they put them in the safe!! That shows there are still good people in this world! Thank you for holding her rings and giving her a piece of mind that they are safe.

The breakfast had no hot food. All prepackaged food. I understand this allows the hotel to not have to hire morning staff to maintain hot breakfast, but it still was a disappointment.

No maid service during your stay. Only packaged breakfast food. Couldn’t really call that a continental breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. I was able to park right outside of my room. I was able to sleep and pack up quickly in the morning before leaving for work.

The customer service left a bit to be desired. At check-in, neither of my room keys worked, requiring two trips back to the front desk with my luggage before an employee came to the room and confirmed the issue. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive, including speculation that I had demagnetized the keys despite keeping them in my hand. The check-out experience was similarly impersonal. After I greeted the staff and explained I was just checking out, I received a brief "okay" before the employee returned to her conversation.
