Large rooms, great price
Unfinished painting on ceiling. Poor caulk in bathroom. Unfinished towel racks.
The place has potential.

Location is perfect for St Vincent College.
It’s a tired hotel. Smells of weed in the elevator. Bed had springs. Sink didn’t drain. Decor is dark.
