Was ok, but not satisfied.
1. Your internet system was out of service.
2. You couldn't check in early at 11am when you arrive in town, you have to check in at 1pm or 3pm afternoon. That's unacceptable.
3. You need to change the check in schedule, make it available at 11am in the morning. That will be acceptable.
4. When customers request for extra items like pillows and towels. Also assisting cleaning the room while they are staying for a couple of days, you couldn't communicate to front desk because your system was out of service and people weren't in the front desk almost half of the day.
5. Rooms are not sweep and mopped. Basically not clean at all.

House keeping did a really good job providing essential when needed. The staffs greeted and explained everything in detail.
Everything was outstanding.

The outdoor pool was a nice bonus since it was a very hot day. The hotel also had laundry facilities which was also a plus for us since we were on a bike trip and can't carry much lugage.
It is right off the highway, which is very handy, but at the same time it also caused it to be very very noisy.

Online information was deceiving. There was no coffee maker in the rooms. no breakfast we had to pay if we wanted clean towels. the room is only cleaned once a week
