The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel was in the perfect location and offer offered a shuttle to OSU.
Some of the staff was a little cold. Understandable that it’s in a college town, but our room was right next-door to a bar that was very lively.

Shutting to game would be better if you could drop off/pickup closer to the stadium. But love the fact that you do what you do.

Very pleased with how clean everything was and felt comfortable there.

A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.
