Nice property but renovations were being done the entire time. Covered our window with plastic and painted outside. Could not see out.
Renovations everywhere. Not enjoyable. Could not see out large window in room for plastic.

All the staff at this location are A+
They go the extra steps on the little things such as information about local food or assisting me when I had trouble accessing the WIFI.. I always stay here when I stop on my way to visit family in Knoxville.

Location
The bathroom had leftover soap residue that was green in the shower. All the metal fixtures have some form of rust or coating coming off. There was dirt dust and hair left in the bathroom on the floor.
