Loved the room and its cleanliness. Breakfast had a good selection.
Coffee was hard to find as its in a different area. Lady at the front was super slow in helping us get a new keycard when ours didn't work the morning after check in.

As the nor'easter arriving the next day we looked forward to a safe retreat in the storm. The property is well kept, the room size is comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. The room had a view of the parking lot. The back side of the hotel has a view of the cranberry bog and trees.
The room had a strong tobacco odor which permeated our clothing and luggage. The smell just hit you in the face when entering the room. Staff should report this to management and have the sofa, curtains, and bedding deep cleaned to get rid of the odor.

I was very satisfied with the breakfast, and the school is not far from my child's.
Could the laundry fee be reduced a little? Please clean the washing machine promptly.

The location is perfect for both sides of the cape.
The pet fee was very high. Specially since mice were free of charge
