Best Western Plus Zion West

Great room and amenities. Size was huge

Could hear everyone next door, upstairs, very thin walls. Could hear full conversations mid day.

Great location fairly close to Zion NP and for a good rate. We’ve stayed here before. The room is clean and staff pleasant.

The washing machine wasn’t working. We went to a local laundry mat.

Clean, comfortable beds, easy access to Zion NP.

Hoovering at 6 in the morning outside of our room was an odd move for a hotel.

Modern facilities, very clean

No WiFi. Could not get WiFi for the duration of my stay which was a problem for my work. I asked for a different room that had WiFi and was told they did t know which rooms had WiFi and which did not so I had now options except to perhaps try for WiFi. Connection in the restaurant. I asked to cancel my stay so I could move to a different property but was told that since I booked using booking.com that this was not possible. I asked to speak to the property manager but was told they were not available for the rest of my stay.
