Room was clean and comfortable. We were at the end of the hall and able to use the door on the end of the hall making for very easy access. My husband loved the bed. It was a bit firm for my liking. The body care products were amazing! And we loved the setup of the suite. Breakfast was awesome. One of the best we’ve had at a hotel. The options were different each morning. Great selection of coffee and creamers as well. We loved the coffee vending machine that was available 24 hours. Our daughter especially loved the hot chocolate option! It was the first cold snap in Texas so we all thought we were going to freeze!
Pillows were very flat. Had to stack several on top of eachother to make an actual pillow. Bathtub would not drain until we removed the stopper. It was then that we found an abundance of hair caught in the drain. I would say weeks, if not months, of hair buildup. That should be at the top of the bathtub cleaning routine…clean the drains. No one wants to stand in shin deep water in a hotel shower. Also, the wall mounted body wash dispenser was empty.
