I always have a pleasant stay at Hyatt hotels. The beds are super nice and its always an elevated feel.
The fridge was unplugged and the check in staff charged me twice. Management reviewed in morning and resolved the payment issue.

Easy to find. Nice bar in lobby area.
The only downside was that when I requested to leave a day early, they could not return the charge to my card. They said I had to notify Booking.com myself. As of 4 days later, I have still not received a refund. I think the blame for the difficulties lie on both Hilton and Booking.com. They should have the latitude to make refunds without putting the onus on the customer.
