The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk, depending on your speed, to the America First Field for a concert. Perfect location!

I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt House Salt Lake City. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get around and explore the area. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. There was a good variety of food, everything was fresh, and it was delicious. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend Hyatt House Salt Lake City to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
Honestly, there wasn’t much that could have been better. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well set up. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Everything was organized and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The room was nice and big. We booked the two bedroom suite. It was nice to have so much space. The rooms were big and having two bathrooms was really nice. The pool was enjoyable and the free breakfast was good.
We arrived to check in at 3 and were met with a long line of other costumers trying to check in and only one person working the counter. When it was finally our turn, we were told since we booked a bigger suite it was not ready yet. They told us it would be a few minutes, so we went out and unloaded our vehicles. When we returned we waited another 10 minutes to be told that our room would be another 20 minutes, but it wasn't. Finally at 4, our room was ready and we checked in. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but several.others were being told the same thing and we had somewhere to be at 3:30 and we were hoping to freshen up in our room before leaving, but instead half our family left for the event, while the other half waited for our room. I also thought the price was a bit high for this hotel. I have stayed in nicer for cheaper.
