The room, staff and location are excellent. The food was very good too.
I never received any housekeeping services. Upon checkin I was informed I would get housekeeping services on the second day. The front desk staff was told so rather than calling housekeeping they provided me with extra towels & washcloths.

The room was clean and the lobby is very nice.
It’s very close to Goodyear Theater
It’s overpriced. Plus you have to pay for breakfast. $15 for a “full” buffet that you get for free at decently priced Hiltons.

The location was great for the theatre
The bathroom door was dirty and when we went for the Buffett at breakfast it wasn’t ready and the man setting up was rather rude.
