Location and the staff
The bed mattress was extremly soft😱

The room was clean, there was great water pressure in the shower, and the bed was very comfortable. The boardwalk was close, actually the same block. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked, and the staff was very accommodating. Will go back again.
They are slowly repairing/refacing the building. The maintenance personnel did not get in the way of access of the motel.
