The remodeling of handicapped rooms needs to be completed.

The rooms were a good size and had 2 bed and 2 bath which was super nice. It also was very close to everything we were planning to do.

The room decor was tired and a bit old. My sheets didnt fit my bed very well, they kept shifting off the mattress.

The owners obviously put a lot of thought into the details that would make their guests happy and comfortable. For example, even though there are only 2 floors, they have elevators, there are magnifying mirrors and hair dryers in the rest rooms, plenty of kitchen utensils, automatic ice-makers in the full size refrigerators, a book of information about the resort and surrounding area, coffee for the coffee maker, bottles of wine available for purchase, an indoor pool and play room as well as an outdoor playground. The suites were cozy with a full bath for each of the bedrooms, large balconies with family-size tables outside, and gas fireplaces. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating, allowing me to change my reservation at the last minute and lending me a charger for my laptop. I definitely hope I get the chance to get up to Egg Harbor and the Newport Resort again soon.

I wouldn't change a thing.

Room was large enough and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and hot tub were nice. We have stayed here in the past and thought it would be a nice getaway for a couple of days

There was remodeling construction going on right above our room. Extremely noisy from 8am until 5pm. It was hard to even relax with hammering and sawing and all of the loud construction noise. The hammering was so severe it knocked a ceiling cover down in the main bathroom.
