The room was pretty bare-bones--no coffee maker in the room, no breakfast in the lobby--but was a good value and was comfortable.
The desk agent erred in charging us for the room (when we had pre-paid through the booking.com platform) but another agent was able to solve the problem pretty quickly, and was very apologetic.
