The place was cozy, clean, very charming and conveniently located a couple blocks from downtown! Loved all the special touches to the room that made it feel extremely welcoming.
The name of the room was not explicitly stated in email and no staff was on sight at 4pm when I got there to show me to my room.

This is a lovely boutique hotel that has a homey feel. Very clean, comfortable with in-room amenities and nice community spaces. There are no staff available after 6pm, or before 10am.
Tried to buy a bottle of wine from the lobby at 5:30pm, but no staff were present despite posted hours until 6pm. There are posted prices for various items, similar to mini-bar options in larger hotels. I texted for guidance, got no response, and—based on past stays—took a bottle and offered to have my card charged.
At 5am, I received a text to return at 10am to provide payment, but we were leaving earlier. I offered to share my card over the phone, but communication became tense, with a staff member implying I had "taken the wine without paying" and that this wasn't a "supermarket". He was abrupt and rude on the phone, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. He refused to take payment over the phone before 10am.
To resolve it, I texted my card details before business hours. I was then charged $55 for a bottle priced at $27 (retail ~$12–$18), and had to follow up again to correct the overcharge—met with more rudeness.
A frustrating end to an otherwise great stay and trip.
