How nice the staff was and the cleanliness of the room.
Nothing to dislike.

The staff was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly
The facility itself is a bit dated in the room, including bathroom

The breakfasy itself was just so so, but the woman who ran the breakfast was amazing. Her name was Diane and she went out of her way more than once to take care of us. The negative about the breakfast was the choices, but the experience with Diane made it a great breakfast. She was the nicest person we have come across in our travels. Keep her as an asset for the hotel. The front desk people were also very nice.
The bathroom towels could definitely use an upgrade.
