The price point was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The room was clean and odor neutral.
The air-conditioning unit woke my wife up in each cycle

The staff was excellent and offered dining areas since we were out of town.
Noise level in the rooms. We had other residents yelling, slamming doors and running down the hallway at 3am.

Staff were extremely friendly and were very helpful in getting us set up in our room and also gave us dining recommendations. The bed and bedding were comfy and it was actually quiet. They have a constant fan option and made sure we knew how it worked. The hotel was decorated for Halloween and it looked great. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of choices.
My knee has been acting up so an elevator would have been great but we wanted to be on the top floor so that was our choice. There are multiple stairways so you can easily park near the one closest to your room.
