Beautifully restored house with individually styled rooms. We enjoyed the lounge area which has a lovely atmosphere and the conservatory area offerings tea coffee and filtered water throughout the day. There is an option to order pizza from an outside provider with menus in the bar area.

The coffee was delicious! I loved starting my day with a cup of coffee and a piece fruit in the common area that had a lot of light and greenery. Loved ending my day with a cup of tea! Loved the bar scene. Room was really comfortable.
Everything was terrific.

Perfect boutique hotel while staying in Ithaca. Staff was wonderful. Jeff at the front desk was a great host. Rebecca and Marley in their famous bar were fun and made the atmosphere enjoyable. The location was perfect. Everything was a short walk from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
Nothing. I love historic properties like this.
