The locale with restaurants and stores very close. The place has a complimentary business center, with printer. There is a swimming pool. There is a full laundry setup, but the front desk was reluctant to give me the necessary quarters for a five dollar bill.
The place has no elevators (big negative), the in-room television was horrible (very complicated) but I was not visiting this property to watch TV. The complimentary breakfast is the joke of Boone County

Reasonable price, rooms were clean
Smelled musty inside which was probably from the pool room.

The woman that checked us in was rude to my son that needed help with key card.
The man that checked us out was awesome. He was polite and kind.
The woman that wouldn't hand my son his key card. She just left it on the desk for him to reach over the counter in front of him to retrieve and walked away.

The staff was fantastic. It was a young man at the office and he was very helpful and kind.
The staff was great, but the facility was lacking. The AC didn’t work great and the water was oily. We had a room that was connected to another room by a door and the neighbors were loud all night and rude when we tried to get them to be quiet. We had kids that couldn’t sleep because of them. The walls were thin.
No hot tub, just a pool. Breakfast was also not good, it looked old and we didn’t eat it.
