It was a beautiful property and the room was amazing.
I wish more of the restaurants and gondolas were open.

Well furnished and clean apartment. Quiet. Good features such as fire place in the living room and in the rooms. Giant bathrooms. Well equipped.
40 usd parking. Yeck.

The location was quiet, the air quality is excellent, the views are beautiful, there are hiking trails and it is close to Lake Tahoe. It’s a very good spot to take your mind off every day commitments.
There are also many ski facilities and shops but I cannot comment on those since they were not open yet during our October visit.
The accommodation was not in a good condition. The TV was broken, the blinds did not work, the outdoor fireplace did not work, hot water wasn’t available on our last day, the kettle had loose parts. In short the furniture and appliances are very dated even though you can tell there was a time when these were genuinely nice accommodations perhaps 10 years ago or so. However at that price it’s pretty mediorce and only reason we did not complain was because we were there for only 3 nights.
The rest of the hotel was of a similar mediocre standard. You can tell it was nice at some point but the pool, the hallways , the gym, it’s all dated with obvious wear and tear.
This hotel needs a refurbishment - then it will be a 10/10 hotel.
