I loved how close it was to Penn Station! The room was tidy, the staff was nice, and the price was in my budget, especially on shorter notice.
My only issues were I had a difficult time with operating the AC unit, and I wish the main light in the room was less harsh and fluorescent. I think a warm side table lamp would make the stay much more comfortable.

I liked how close it was to the venue! It also was very welcoming and organized well. I took a train into the city for a concert and was able to be right down the street. The property was also welcoming from staff to how clean the room was.
Maybe adding a feature to the light when detecting movement it goes on. The only part I noticed was after around a half hour my light would be off.

Comfy bed. Updated bathroom.
Lobby needs a makeover. WiFi did not work. Room and bathroom layout bad and furniture dated. Hardly any storage. Very noisy as ground floor.
