Clean, close to all parks, restaurants in walking distance, pool clean, we were able to drive right to all parks and shopping easily
The bed could have been a little more comfortable

The village Townsend is a great starting point to hit the Smokies without the noise of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.
The building is from the 80s and since then nothing has been upgraded. So the ancient airconditioning units which each room has are loud! Unbearable when you are inside and even when sitting outside. The common areas are not inviting to spend time. So I would recommend getting a cheaper motel instead of this.
