Beautiful view. Right on the water.

The location was great. Spent some time wading in the lake, beautiful setting. The outside areas could have been a little cleaner.
We had 2 rooms. One room had a very old air conditioner, the floor was pulling up at the entrance to the bathroom. The other room we had was better and more updated.

Absolutely loved the location directly on Lake Champlain! Staff were very friendly and accommodating and our room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.
There was some audible arguing from other hotel guests in the early morning hours.

My neighbors were really loud in the middle of the night and the staff took care of it really quick! Motel is right next to the lake with a private beach which is really nice.
Furniture is a little old. It could use some improvement. There were also a lot of spider webs and the bathroom could be little cleaner.
