MY SISTER AND I WANTED AN OVERNIGHT CLOSE TO THE BEACH WHERE WE COULD READ AND CATCH UP - THIS TOURISTY AREA OFF-SEASON WAS PERFECT! SAME VIEW MINUS ALL THE CROWDS, BUT STILL WARM ENOUGH TO ENJOY. WE HAD A PRIVATE TINY PORCH THAT WAS JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. UNIT WAS SOMEWHAT DATED BUT ABSOLUTELY SPOTLESS. PERFECT FOR OUR GIRLS' TIME OUT...
NOT A THING -- IT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS

Great location, easily accessible a basic motel, but had everything you needed. Considering the value, it was an excellent choice for a short day being able to save money while having a clean place to sleep..
The furnishings were a little dated and the units could use refreshing

Very clean room and shower. Great bed and mattress Friendly owner who gave us tipps of where to go. Will come back to this lovely place near the beach.

The staff (or owners) were wonderful. The best part of the room was the shower; it was absolutely amazing! No breakfast - location was ok & close to Misquamicut State Beach.
Not even one hook, hanger, rack or shelf! No hair dryer. We had a very old room ;It seemed as tho it was one of the original sections - later, I observed newer sections & buildings that were part of the whole complex. ,
