Room was big and clean.
Customer service is awful! Called to see if we could check in a little early because we were going to Kings Island and wanted to drop our things off at the room and room wasn't ready, fine. We were going to stay until close at midnight at kings island so I called the hotel at 10 to see if we could check in around 12:15 & was told no! We had already paid for this room and we're told no one would be there to check us in after midnight. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager there but when we got there to check in at 11:50 there was a manager training the girl that lied to me on the phone. Will never stay here and will let everyone I know not to.
