1. Hotel location is near LAX but not right on the main street as most other major hotels.
2. We booked last minute in the evening after confirming not able to confirm standby seats for the originally planned flight. Front desk staff was really nice and helpful, being patient with our questions of maybe departing at 3am and even offered a to-go bag for each of us as substitute for our breakfast (not sure if it was because we booked a plan with breakfast).
3. The contents of the to-go bag packed by the overnight-shift front desk staff: bagel, cream cheese, a yogurt, banana, a piece of individually wrapped-up sweat snack which I forgot the brand. It contained more variety than I expected and I was actually impressed by the extra gesture by the front desk team. (p.s. there is complimentary coffee in the waiting room lounge, and although probably left-over from day time, it was still nice to be able to just get some free coffee before departing for LAX at 3:30am.)
1. I slept on a pull-out sofa bed, and the bed was way too soft and honestly not exactly comfortable for me. But to be fair I think my family slept well (even though it was only about 4 hours of sleep) on the normal bed.
2. Airport shuttle provided however commonly shared across a few hotels so not that obvious to identify while waiting at the airport. Also, the driver asked for the "address" rather than name of the hotel, which was unexpected and caused a bit of hassle for me to pull out when handling quite a few luggage and bags. (The driver was not bad-mannered or anything, just wasn't exactly helpful either.)

Breakfast had great options. Love that coffee was 24/7. We were able to check in early with my Hilton honors account and it helped since we arrived at 9am from our 6am flight!
The water pressure was pretty low in our room, unsure if its like that everywhere but it made having to shower take longer. And we went during a concert so on the day of checkout we had planned to leave our bags at the desk to go around the city. But there was not enough space because others were thinking the same thing so we got stuck with our bags. Unsure if there is anyway to prepare for a high demand for this during concert times or something. But would be nice and super convenient since its right by the airport
