Staff were nice and helpful, location was perfect. Hot tub and pool area was great! Like that the windows would open for fresh autumn air.
Breakfast was average at best, shower was dirty with mold and mildew, toilet seat was broken.

The breakfast was really good! The front-desk staff were so lovely, especially the guy who worked late nights.
The pool was also really fun, and they had tons of pool towels, which is great in case you forget (we did)!
It’s also right on the water - couldn’t be a more beautiful view.
It was also easy to get to Bayfield, food, o coffee, etc.
It was a little dingy— and there was a distinct lack of drinking water. You had to get a key from the front desk, then go upstairs to the fitness center, which was kind of a haul depending on where your room is. With that in mind, bring bottled water.

Location, space, amenities.
I was not aware they don’t do room service every day, and I had to find out the day we didn’t get room service. I went and asked about it and the attendant was not very nice when I talked to him.

Location was good. Service was good. Staff was friendly. Beautiful view of the lake from the breakfast area.
Patio was more like a balcony on the ground floor. Weeds were grown up between the hotel and the lake.
Only one area where you could walk to the lake. The hotel was dated. The first morning the breakfast was luke warm at best.
