Clearly the area has been troubled in the past, but current management has done an outstanding job making the place a viable place to stay and seem to be working on making it better. It was clean and most importantly, quiet.
Would have been nice e to have a coffee pot. Otherwise, it was fine.

Nothing really. I was glad it didn’t have bed bugs! And the AC worked good!
It was ROUGH! The box springs must have been 30 years old with stains. The furniture was old and had the front of draws missing and big chips out of the old furniture. Mildew around the tub trash all around the property. No coffee pot or hair dryer.
