I had requested a Oceanview 2nd floor

8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026

Clean, quiet, on the ocean, close to Cambria and restaurants and Hearst Castle

I paid extra for an ocean view room. View was very narrow and not worth the extra cost

Location

Very hot in room. Standing fan in room barely blew any air. Opened window, still too warm. Cable was terrible. Lampshades were cracked and looked bad. Coffee served in office lobby was like water. Try using a local coffee. I feel I didn’t get what we paid for.
