Close to the beach, much better than a hotel room considering the space. Parking was convenient and the area is very quiet.
Nothing.

The location. Near the beach and in a nice area
The air conditioning noise in the living room. Difficult to sleep in the couch.
Also the smell of the products they use to clean.

Very close to the beach, which was great! Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable.
I experienced an issue during check-in because, due to heavy traffic, we arrived in the evening. At no point was I informed that the Front Desk would be closed, especially since the website states that it operates 24 hours a day.
The phone numbers posted at the entrance connected me to another location, and the person who answered was unable to assist me. I tried several numbers without success until another guest kindly helped me access the locker, allowing me to retrieve the temporary key card and finally enter my room.
Since I had already completed the online check-in in advance, I did not expect to encounter this situation. We arrived tired after a long trip and ended up spending nearly an hour outside the room before we were able to resolve the issue.
My recommendation is that the after-hours check-in instructions be communicated clearly and proactively during the online check-in process or by email. This would help prevent other guests from experiencing the same inconvenience.
