The location was ok, approximately 15 minute walk to Waikiki beach & main hub of food & shops. There is a nice little park across the road from the hotel with a water feature and it is very close to bus stops. Our room was a great size, it had a sofa as well as a table & chairs. The balcony also had 2 chairs so you could sit outside of an evening. We stayed 5 nights and we were very happy there.
We normally stay closer to the main Waikiki hub, only because of shops and food locations so this hotel was a little further away to what we prefer.

Very friendly staff, close to the beach and restaurants.

Location is excellent. Can walk to the beach, shopping areas, and everywhere.
I don't have any complaints. The building seems to be rather old (but not too old), but well maintained, with good cleanliness.
