The location is fantastic, close to La Jolla Village, the beaches, shopping, UTC. The property is pretty modern especially in the common areas.
The bathrooms could be more modern, as well as the beds.

The room is clean and spacious. The area is safe, peaceful and quiet. The staff is nice as well.
We need to ride the car all the time, take an UBER, it is not walkable. California is generally not walkable since it is massive. Hope there are buses or shuttles available that are safe and cover routes to the mall, restaurant or schools

Kind staff
Terrible location, view of the highway, freezing pool water, so-so breakfast, friendly staff, towels in the rooms had holes in them, generally lacking in attention to detail
