Great staff, great location for our needs. Room was clean, bed was comfy. I enjoy the open-air style of rooms, and the grounds and common areas were clean.
We did have some spider friends in our room, and while I usually don't mind them, I'm guessing many other folks wouldn't have enjoyed it.

Convenient to restaurants and convention center. The young man that worked to keep breakfast running and then housekeeping was very well mannered and helpful.
We were a late check in and night clerk was not clear on a few things. He called the manager several times during the check-in process. However he was very polite. Air was not circulated in the rooms prior to check-in so it was stuffy and had a stale-ish odor for the first little while.
