Very clean, nice staff, great breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, apples, oranges, yogurt, cereal, make your own waffles, coffee, hot tea. Comfy bed and pillows.
Liked everything. Only things we saw was it could use some outside cleaning and paint touch up.

room was clean and perfect.
The motel needs a new coat of paint on the outside halls and elevator area.

It’s convenient to the LeConte Center
The property is old and tired. Beds very lumpy and pillows a joke. We were there 2 nights and the first night I had to park at the restaurant next door and the 2nd night I had to park all the way in front of the building so parking is an issue.
