I love the location and everyone was so nice
I didn't like the fact that the pool was closed thats the main reason I chose that hotel for the indoor pool

Location, staff and it was quiet
The AC in room 327 continue to go in and out which made the room hot.

It was good. It would have been better if it was included or discounted. I appreciate d the fact that it was quiet.
However, for things like a birthday in my case or anniversary etc. There should be a small acknowledgement such as a card or a free drink for the main party and party of one, some flowers just as a couple example.
