Grand Beach Hotel Surfside

The location on Surfside is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The beach was stunning, added bonus of chairs and umbrellas though they always seems short on side tables. Overall the 2 bedroom suite was great - having 3 full bathrooms, and a full balcony made our stay very comfortable.

We had a 2 bedroom suite - which was slightly misleading due to the lack of door for the one king bed. Also our room smelled like raw sewage on more than one occasion. If you opened the doors to air out the room the A/C would turn off. Once or twice housekeeping spritzed our room with eucalyptus but the smell would return. It also seemed like the A/C vents were pumping out moldy air. It was irritating to our allergies and we did not spend any more time than needed in our room.

Everything was great. The staff was awesome, need to keep more umbrellas available if a guest might need one.

Outside jacuzzi’s were not working

Love this hotel so girly pink . Clean , beautiful

I loved everything

Location

They cancelled my booking before I arrived and had to fight to get what I had paid for - the room and especially the bathroom had a mouldy smell
