Staff was very friendly. Checking was easy.
Slow, noisy elevator

It was convenient to the sites we wanted to see while in Mt. Airy.
When we entered the room the temperature was at sixty degrees, cold. When we returned four to five hours later the heat that we turned up still hadn’t reached seventy degrees. The room was dated with no way to charge our cell phones without plugging into a regular outlet. The plaster in the bathroom was coming off the wall and had marks on the wall. I went to the vending machine to purchase a bottle of water and it was out of water. The cushions on the couch did not match the rest of the couch.

Clean room although there was a smell of urine.
Their coffee machine broke the day before we arrived and at breakfast the next day there was no coffee. There was no milk and the water for tea wasn’t hot.
