The property is beautiful with the exception of the rooms .
The rooms are very outdated from the lamps and our bed was worn down, when you went to lay down you rolled to the middle . For $600 a night it was disappointing

We did not have breakfast there. Line too long to get in the Bistro.
I did not like the fact that the tub kept backing up, the bed was way too soft and uncomfortable, and the noice at night from a party was way too loud.

The breakfast we bought was fine but very overpriced. Waffles w/side of sausage and glass of milk and Alvarado toast - $40 plus tip for very good service.
First 2 nights we were disturbed by thundering elevators. They turn 2 off after repeated calls to front desk. We moved to another suite for last 2 nights. No credit or discount offered for our inconvenience just moved to another room. The engineer , RC was very apologetic and was working to resolve the issue after we uprooted ourselves and moved. The Bell boy was apologetic as well for something that was in no way his responsibility.
