Front desk staff were very pleasant
Room had no view

Excellent location for Midtown and Madison Square Garden, with very close transport links at Penn Station. Easily walkable to major sights inc. Times Square. A comfortable bed, and a reasonably good shower.
Room was very, very poorly soundproofed and I could hear next door talking, showering, snoring, wheeling suitcases etc. Aircon in room was also very noisy. There was no hotel bar on site - just a noisy and quite intimidating sports pub, and the coffee shop in the lobby was Starbucks.

Everything. Clean. Great location, great staff

Loved the location and staff
Value spent for quality of room was extremely disproportionate. This is some of the most expensive prices I’ve paid for a hotel that was not 5 star.
