The location was great. Walkable distance to everything. Private parching on site. Very clean and furnished.
We were assigned to the Mermaid room on the second floor. Been quite and respectful to the other guests seems to be a must but honestly the room itself was pretty much noisy with squeaky floors and bed.
Also, the outside can use extra lights pointing the stairs going down.

Location and coziness of the place. Everything within walking distance!
Bed a little small and fragile
