The location is beautiful and just awesome. I have stayed here numerous times and I will stay here again.
We usually don't have any complaints. However, this time, the front desk attendant that checked us in was very rude.

Beautiful design and common space.
Internet was down and the room/bathroom could use an upgrade.

Location and view of the lake.
It is very dated, not in an historical way, and needs some improvements made to the rooms.
