Clean ... yes. Helpful front desk for newbies to SF, was nice.
Bed - my back ached for days after we left the facility. To pay that amount of money and not have some sort of complimentary breakfast (even money for coffee), tells me that money means more than customers.

Nice and beautiful location, however as expected- everywhere we wanted to walk it always included few hills up and down.
Great, clean and comfy room.

Loved that the property was located in a safe area and easily accessible by cable car, Waymo, ride shares and lime bikes/scooters
The property lobby was very nice and inviting but the room could use some extra love. The room I stayed in wasn’t the cleanest, dust everywhere, the remote was broken, and upon arrival no trash bags or ice buckets for our room. Besides those few things, everything else was great. Valet guys were nice and you got complimentary coffee and hot tea in the lobby.

Brilliant check in experience. Staff very cheerful.
Bar staff slow to serve.
